The role of Technology & Innovation Lead will oversee the use of technology within our company and with our clients to help drive our competitive differentiation.
Coming from a background in Recruitment or Recruitment Process Outsourcing you will not only have an excellent knowledge of the end to end Recruitment process however will also possess a passion for the world of technology.
This opportunity requires you be constantly be researching and monitoring changes or advancements in technology to discover ways Hudson RPO can gain a competitive advantage while developing a central repository of all research related to technology to share knowledge with the business Globally.
Partnering with the Regional CEO’s to implement their IT Road Map as well working with the Global leadership team you will be trusted to formulate and execute Hudson RPO’s IT strategy while bringing technological innovations to the Global Leadership team’s attention and ensure they understand the costs and benefits of such tools and support them to take action.
It goes without saying that you will have a collaborative approach, effective interpersonal communication skills and a willingness to take ownership however to be successful in this role you must demonstrate a deep understanding of recruitment technology that has been gained from working within an RPO or Recruitment Company as well as have the ability to engage effectively with Senior Executives to develop and execute an efficient and cost-effective IT roadmap that will help drive our success.
