Are you a self-motivated, passionate recruiter who would like to be part of Hudson’s dynamic recruitment team? You would be responsible for full life-cycle recruitment for a Canadian client of ours who has been in business for 85 years. You will work from home with the opportunity for travel and occasional client site visits. This position will leverage your recruitment expertise, account management abilities and organizational skills. You will be responsible for filling a variety of professional and exempt positions in a shared services environment.
We are looking for:
Minimum of 5+/- years of recruitment experience working in a corporate and/or third party provider environment.
Previous experience in a RPO or direct placement recruitment firm environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Must be fluently bilingual (English and French)
Proven track record of successful recruitment for varied levels of positions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience working closely with hiring managers and senior executives filling time sensitive roles
Success using technologies/tools to source candidates (e.g. social networking sites and fee-based databases)
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday experience preferred but not mandatory
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
